If your purchase doesn't illuminate your space exactly as planned, our streamlined process ensures a hassle-free exchange or refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the lighting fixture back into its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, bulbs, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item to confirm it is in resellable condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
